A service of celebration on the Big Help Out Day to mark the Coronation of King Charles III

Monday 8 May, 11am

A service of celebration on the Big Help Out Day to mark the Coronation of King Charles III and to thank all volunteers across our county and beyond

All are warmly welcome to join us for this special service, held as part of the Big Help Out, to celebrate the Coronation of His Majesty The King and Her Majesty The Queen Consort. We are honoured that Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal and Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence will be in attendance at this service.

The focus of this service is to highlight the positive impact of volunteer organisations across the city, county and diocese, and we hope that volunteers will join us so that we can celebrate them and thank them for all they do. As part of the service, young people from The Music Works will be giving a performance and Bishop Rachel and Bishop Robert will be interviewing volunteers from across the diocese.

The service will begin at 11am in the Nave of the Cathedral.

We ask that you register your attendance at the service in advance via this page of the website, by clicking the 'Book' button.
